Physiotherapy Rates

Initial Visit: $75 (includes direct therapist contact time, review and documentation) Follow-up Visits: $50 Acupuncture: $55 Forms: $60 Home visit: $150/hr + travel time    (case-by-case basis) Physiotherapy missed appointments are billed at $25.00. Charges will be applied to your account.

Massage Therapy Rates

30 Minutes: $65 + tax 45 Minutes: $75 + tax 60 Minutes: $90 + tax 90 Minutes: $135 + tax Massage Therapy missed appointments are billed at 100% of the cost. Charges will be applied to your account.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments. You may call or email your provider. Patients will be charged $20 fee for late cancellations. Charges will be applied to your account. This is NOT covered by WSIB, or Insurance. Attending your therapy appointments is important to your rehabilitation. Lateness of 15 minutes or more is considered a missed appointment and the appropriate fees will be applied. We reserve the right to cancel treatment.


You are required to pay for each session at the time of your visit. Payment may be made by cash, Interac, Mastercard, Visa or cheque. Prices are subject to change without notice. WSIB and MVA patients need pre-approval for third party billing. If claims are denied the patient is responsible for payment. We can direct bill Great West Life and Greenshield Insurance for clients who are eligible.  If claims are denied the patient is responsible for payment.  The patient is responsible for reviewing their insurance funding limits and monitor accordingly.


All information gathered for treatment purposes is confidential except as required or allowed by law or except to facilitate diagnosis or treatment. You will be asked to provide written authorization before the release of any information.
